Per avere ostacolato i clienti dicendo falsamente che le centrali erano sature.

Come se il nostro amico ipotetico che guadagna 30000 euro all'anno fosse sanzionato con 22 euro. (diconsi ventidue Euro, non centesimi, sai com'è, l'abitudine potrebbe non fare cogliere il dettaglio).
